The term “staff” does not do our project or its people any justice. All members involved with Travel Closer are a network of relatives, friends and friends of friends. As a result, we have been able to build the company from a foundation of trust and completely be void of corruption within our ranks. This structure also allows us to work as a team towards a common goal.

 

All our members have been very carefully selected. We do not employ any person with the right qualification; personal traits are just as, or if not more important considering our emphasis on cultural learning as well as the significance of our aid programs.

Below is our permanent team of organizers, guides and porters. You may meet one or all of them during your stay. For all our guests wishing to stay with local families or in tribal villages, we also show them a small profile of their family before their journey.
