The term “staff” does not do our project or its people any justice. All members involved with Travel Closer are a network of relatives, friends and friends of friends. As a result, we have been able to build the company on a foundation of trust and completely be void of corruption within our ranks. This structure also allows us to work as a team towards our common goal of developing sustainable tourism in Tanzania.

 

All our members have been very carefully selected. We only employ locals with the right qualifications, personal traits and most importantly, considerate of our strong emphasis on cultural learning as well as the significance of our aid programs.
